Whether you are catering for a small high spec events or a large workforce this unit can span all requirements. Capable of serving up to 300 covers per sitting. Simple reliable and rugged they are finished internally with wipe clean Stainless steel surfaces and metal non slip flooring to compliment the statutory cleaning requirements.

Gas:
Twin Gas cupboard, each containing 2 x 47Kg propane gas bottles, 2 online and 2 on standby, providing approximately 8 days constant supply.
Mains Water:
Mains water pressure by 15mm hose connection from a mains supply.
Waste:
40mm push fit plastic spigot connection point to external drainage.
Power:
This units requires a 1x63 amp single phase and 2x32 amp single phase supply. Supplied by mains power or generator (supplied by client).
